Agreed most people carry their stress on their shoulder and lower back. This is mainly due to the information technology world (people spending too much time on the computer at work and at home) plus stress coming from the economy.</description>

		<description>Wow, just looking at those pictures stresses me a little.  This blog is so true and alot of people need to relax more mentally which will relax the neck and shoulders almost immediately.  

I find most individuals carry alot of their stress right across the shoulder in their lower neck.  Having constant tight muscles like your trapezius in the neck and upper back will lead to pressure on nerves and therefore pain.</description>
