Stretch For Side Sleepers 2 Of 2 Series Of Sleeping Position 4 – Stretch Tip Of The Week Episode #19

This is part 4 of Special Series of stretches for sleep position to be done as soon as you wake up in the morning.

This is stretch 2 of 2 for those who sleeps on the side. Detail of this position is in Stretch For Side Sleepers  Series Of Sleeping Position  3

Another stretch for side sleepers (can be done with a belt or a rolled up towel):

  • Rolled up a towel or you can use a belt
  • Hold the towel with your right hand
  • Lift your right hand above your shoulder
  • Drop the towel behind your back
  • Pull the other end of the towel with your left hand from the back
  • Hold for 5 seconds
  • Hold the towel with your left hand
  • Lift your left hand above your shoulder
  • Drop the towel behind your back
  • Pull the other end of the towel with your right hand from the back
  • Hold for 5 seconds

You can move your hand closer together to get a better stretch.

Repeat 3-4 times or until you feel a release.
