Stressed? 3 Things You Need To Do Right NOW
1st thing I want you to do
- Push your chest forward and straighten your upper back
- Sit up straight
- Make sure your lower back is curved in
2nd Thing:
- I want you to lift your shoulders
- rotate your shoulders front and back
- this helps loosen up the tension and tightness on the shoulder blades
NOW Add This
- turn your head to the left 3 times and then to the right 3 times
- repeat above twice
- Don’t forget to continue to rotate your shoulders
