Stressed? 3 Things You Need To Do Right NOW

1st thing I want you to do
  • Push your chest forward and straighten your upper back
  • Sit up straight
  • Make sure your lower back is curved in
2nd Thing:
  • I want you to lift your shoulders
  • rotate your shoulders front and back
  • this helps loosen up the tension and tightness on the shoulder blades
NOW Add This
  • turn your head to the left 3 times and then to the right 3 times
  • repeat above twice
  • Don’t forget to continue to rotate your shoulders
  • These stretches helps loosen up your neck & shoulder
Tips: The more you exaggerate the movement better the effect

3rd Thing:
  • Close your eye
  • Breath in deep with your nose until your lungs are filled
  • Breath out slowly through your mouth
  • I want you to picture yourself walking along the beach
  • Relax
