Pain In The Shoulder
Do you or you know someone having problems with the shoulder? Have you been sleeping on one side? Did you wake up with a pain in the shoulder? Does your shoulder bother you? Did you hurt your shoulder? Pain in the shoulder? Shoveling too much snow?

Hi welcome to Stressed out Stress Free dot com my name is Vincent Woon. When i woke up this morning I felt the pain on my shoulder right here by the joint and to the shoulder blade.
Why? I think it’s because lately I haven’t been sleeping with the proper pillow positioning and this happens once in a while and what do you normally do? or What should you do?
Do you sleep on your side? A lot? Do you know that when you sleep on the side.. most of your weight , say this is your left side, when you sleep on your left side most of your body weight, in fact all of your body weight is on to the left side.
Do you know that it while cause pain if you do not sleep properly propping your pillows so that you will not put weight onto one shoulder
Let me show you some of the techniques to release the pain on the joint area and also the shoulder blade. First we are going to loosen this area.. the deltoid area and then we’ll move to the shoulder blade area.
I’m going to do this . elbow all the way up push down, push down with your opposite hand, you can feel the stretch here push down feel it and then turn backwards move it this way until you feel the threshold, the stretch and then put it back and back up again push right there and come back. You can feel the click push back come back.. Put back again elbow up push your elbow down with the opposite hand and feel right here and one more time turn all the way back to the back and push it down and turn backwards. Backwards like you are doing a twist, like somebody twisting your hand or like the Egyptian dance.OK! you can feel the tension here releasing and loosen up.
Ok let’s move to the shoulder blade. How do you loosen up the shoulder blade one of the technique is to make a big circle that will move your shoulder blade up like such, this way up in a circle and that will loosen up the whole blade area here.
Big circle, and I can feel the popping sound too and the muscle loosening up and push forward. And if you still feel pain on the blade, put pressure with your finger tip onto the pain area or just put your finger pad onto the area and move your shoulder. Same big circle as you do that it will loosen up, backward and forward.
