This technique is safe. My chiropractor told me to gently self adjust like
this after a bad accident. Been doing this for 5+ years and im still
breathing, no severed arteries or anything ;)

37 beyblademan1234567 January 9, 2015 at 12:21 am

DONT DO THIS U WILL INJURE YOURSELF, CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL SUCH AS A
CHIROPRACTOR

38 andju2hikari January 12, 2015 at 8:56 am

Oh, it worked! simple trick!

I’ve been cracking my neck and joints since I was a kid. I don’t recommend
trying this if you’ve never ever done such a thing. Since I’ve been doing
this my joints n muscles n arteries are probably used to it and also I know
how much force to use (not a lot of force at all- gentle!).

Btw I’m healthy as an ox. I also exercise… Take care of your selves.

42 Andrew Seiber January 19, 2015 at 2:29 pm

I love these comments lol.

43 Arsenal5475 January 19, 2015 at 10:48 pm

Anyone know how to crack lower backs pls

44 drmehran991 January 20, 2015 at 11:16 am

My friend, by advertising such videos you’re asking innocent people to
destroy their neck joints and cartilages by teaching them to “crack”their
own neck and get a temporary relief with major short and long term side
effects such as neck instability and osteo-arthritis. If you don’t know
what these terms mean please google it and learn about it. Cracking your
own joints will cause hyper-mobility of some joints and hypo-mobility of
the other vertebrae, leading to joint subluxations and micro-trauma. Please
do yourself a favor and focus on other ways to reduce stress such as yoga
and meditation and let professionals take care of the neck manipulations.
Thanks,

45 Marc Tardif January 28, 2015 at 9:37 pm

Tried it with just one hand first… Worked the first time more gentle than
i thought with 3-4 cracks in both directions. I laughed of happiness for a
minute! Ill do it only when its unbearable though, i know its not too
recommended. Be carefull ;)
