Ankle Pain – Question Guide

I receive a lot of questions from readers and viewers from time to time. Sometimes it takes at least 5 to 6 emails back and forth to actually find out where they are having pain.

This video is created to make it easier for you who have questions to pinpoint which area of the ankle you are having problem with. It provides you with pictures from all angle. The Inside side view, outside side view and view from the top. You can now tell me exactly where you are having pain for example: the pain is on point #1 from the top view of the ankle and sometimes I have pain between #1 and #3 right by the joint from the outside view.

I hope this video will help you convey your question easier and faster.

[..YouTube..] I was skateboarding and fell from a seven fooot drop and sprained both of them the left ankle hurts on the inside number 2 and 4 and on the outside is 2 also. and on the right ankle its the same please help if you can im barely getting over the ligament in my left ankle being torn
