Hi welcome to another video. In this video I’m going to share with you a couple of tips and of the video I’m going to announce a great news for you.
First of all I would like to thank you very much for being my faithful viewer and also my readers. Thank you for your involvement and thank you for your input in this community, I really appreciate your participation and also your feedback and the emails I’ve been getting from you. Thank You very much. And as we prepare ourselves in 2012 I hope that our relationship will grow closer and better.
Ok! as you may know this is the season of giving and the first tip is that I hope that you can share with somebody or give a gift or simply spend some time with your love ones or your friends and also spend or give some time or volunteer to do some volunteer work to a charity or an organization… the more you give the more you’ll be blessed . Giving and sharing should be year round.
Around this season Christmas and new year’s we tend to spend a lot of time with our friends and family and mostly around food. Right? When we are around food, when we we tend to eat more Correct?
My suggestion is to have small portion and eat more times. So you get to enjoy the food and not stuff your self and have to worry about going on a diet in 2012. Ok! the last thing I want to share is I’m preparing a video course on what is stress and I’m going to show you how to identify stress, how to avoid it and how to work on it if you have stress or how to release stress. This is a gift from me to you but it’s not going to be ready till the beginning of 2012 .
